Our company leases offer guaranteed rent for up to five years, along with the reassurance that the property is maintained to a high standard. Unlike a traditional Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST), this model removes the uncertainty of void periods, tenant turnover, and day-to-day involvement, offering greater stability and predictability of income.
